Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging, including the shoe box.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items purchased at retail stores, international websites, or third-party retailers are not eligible for return through the U.S. online return portal.
- In-store purchases must be returned at a Reebok retail store.
- A $5.00 return fee is deducted from refunds to the original payment method for online returns.
Online / Mail Returns
- A $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund to your original payment method to cover return shipping and processing.
- The return fee is waived if you choose to receive a store credit.
- Returns may take up to 5-7 business days to process once the package has been delivered to the warehouse.
In-Store Returns
- For items purchased in-store, returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box.
- In-store purchases can be returned at the original purchase location or at any Reebok retail store.
Additional Notes
- Reebok accepts returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for orders placed through the official U.S. online store.
- Items sent back without a return packing slip may take longer to refund.
