Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 45 days of receipt of the parcel.
- Products must be packed in the original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received.
- Returns for items purchased on ray-ban.com are free via mail using a pre-paid return label.
- Items purchased on Ray-Ban.com can be returned in person to any US Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, or Sunglass Hut partner store.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will occur via the original payment method.
- For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued through the email address on the order.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Customized (REMIX) orders cannot be returned.
- Physical or online gift cards cannot be returned.
- The retail delivery fee applied at checkout to orders shipped to Colorado is non-refundable in the event of a return.
- Online purchases cannot be returned to a certified store or a certified premium store.
- For claims regarding an order not received, the return window is 15 days from the date the order was shown as 'delivered' by the courier.
Online / Mail Returns
- Create a return request through the Ray-Ban website by entering your order number and the email address used (or AppleID if purchased with ApplePay).
- Follow the guided procedure and print the Return Label & Authorization.
- Pack item(s) securely in the original packaging, ensuring contents are not damaged during shipping.
- Attach the pre-paid Return Label to the outside of the package, covering any previous address labels.
- Returns are free via mail.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased on Ray-Ban.com can be returned in person to any US Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, or Sunglass Hut partner store.
- Returns are free when made in person at eligible stores.
- Bring proof of purchase and original packaging for in-store returns.
Gift Returns
- Gift cards (physical or online) cannot be returned.
- For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued through the email address on the order for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a faulty product is chosen for replacement, a new product will be sent once the faulty product has been received and processed at the warehouse.
Additional Notes
- Ray-Ban guarantees customer satisfaction.
- Ray-Ban offers a Protection Plan for eyewear covering cracked lenses, cracked frames, breakdown due to normal wear and tear, and defects in materials & workmanship (limitations and exclusions apply, co-pay required).
- Customer Service can assist with creating a Return Label & Authorization.
