Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- If a product was part of a bundle, the other bundled products may also need to be returned.
- Products designated as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Refund Methods
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Products not purchased directly from the Philips Hue website are not eligible for return.
- Items returned after 30 days of the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- You can return your purchase within 30 days, free of charge.
- To initiate a return, you need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
- A shipping label will be emailed to you to print for the return shipment.
- Place the product in a box, attach the label, and drop it off at one of the courier’s locations.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For defective returns, refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with the product.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping costs will be refunded for returned products.
- You bear the risk of loss during shipment.
- It is not possible to cancel or change an order after it has been submitted.

Stupidly I didn’t open all the light fixtures, our bathroom takes E12 candle bulbs, however, after a month I’m just now getting around to doing this job, and I have 4 too many of the wrong bulb, instead of the ones I need.
