Exceptions & Restrictions

- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Opened or used contact lenses are not eligible for return.
- The Home Try-On program has ended.
- Commercial quantities of glasses are not authorized for purchase, and purchase limits may be placed.
Ray-Ban
- Customized (REMIX) orders cannot be returned.
- Physical or online gift cards cannot be returned.
- The retail delivery fee applied at checkout to orders shipped to Colorado is non-refundable in the event of a return.
- Online purchases cannot be returned to a certified store or a certified premium store.
- For claims regarding an order not received, the return window is 15 days from the date the order was shown as 'delivered' by the courier.
