Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Returns have a $5 fee per order.
- Exchanges are free for U.S. orders.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- International orders have a $20 (CAD) return fee and are not eligible for exchanges.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be started through a self-service online portal.
- A prepaid return shipping label is provided via email.
- Returns have a $5 fee per order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service by email at help@primary.com or by phone at 1-844-435-5675.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges on U.S. orders are free within 90 days.
- Exchanges for a new color, size, or a different item can be made through the self-service return portal.

- You will need your order number and zip code to start a return.
- The company reserves the right to decline returns that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
