Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached.
- Must be in original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
- If a product has a security tag, it must be returned with the tag attached.
- Returns must be from locations within the United States.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Perfumes and Beauty products cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered, or removed.
- Personalized products are non-returnable.
- Items designated on the website as not eligible for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return, access the “Returns” section on the website or through your “My Account” page.
- Returns are free of charge if you follow the provided return instructions and use their designated courier.
- A full refund to the original payment method is available for online returns that meet the conditions.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases can be returned to a Prada store within 30 days of the shipping confirmation.
- In-store returns of online purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, not a refund.
- Original proof of purchase must be presented for in-store returns or exchanges.
Exchange Policy
- To exchange an online order, you must contact Client Service to organize a return and then place a new phone order.
- Online purchases can be exchanged in-store for another item within 30 days of shipping confirmation.
Additional Notes
- If you use a different courier for returns, shipping is at your expense, and Prada does not guarantee against loss, damage, or theft.
- Store credits expire one year from the date of issuance.
