Return Conditions
- Returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be from the original purchaser or gift recipient.
- Only items purchased from prAna.com or prAna retail stores are accepted.
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original form of payment with original receipt.
- Merchandise credit will be issued for returns without an original receipt at the lowest selling price.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Items purchased from independent department stores or dealers must be returned to that location.
- Clothing purchased from second-hand shops or non-authorized dealers will not be accepted.
- Gift cards are not returnable.
- Items with the prAna fabric tag removed, cut, or marked are not returnable.
- In-store purchases discounted at 60% or more are considered final sale.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated online using the order number and billing zip code.
- A UPS return label can be provided for an $8 fee deducted from the refund.
- Customers may use their own shipping method at their own expense.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases can be returned to a prAna retail store.
- In-store purchases returned via the online portal will only receive a merchandise credit.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns can be started online with the original order number.
- Without proof of purchase, a merchandise credit for the last selling price will be issued.
- To exchange a gift, the item must be returned and a new order placed using the merchandise credit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase.
- A free return shipping label is provided for exchanges.
- For items bought with a one-time discount, customer service must be contacted to apply the discount to the new order.
Additional Notes
- prAna.com and prAna retail stores operate on different systems, which may affect refund methods for cross-channel returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
