Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Original proof of purchase is required for product issues.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Gift returns are issued a gift card.
- Free returns for eligible items returned for store credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Mattresses are eligible for return within 100 days/nights of delivery receipt.
- Final sale items, gift cards, fabric swatches, the Handmade Wood Bed Frame, and donations to Nothing but Nets are not accepted for return.
- Mail-in and Happy Return Bar returns are subject to an $8 fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Parachute reserves the right to limit service for customers with excessive return activity.
Online / Mail Returns
- Most items are eligible for return within 60 days of receipt.
- Mail returns are subject to an $8 fee, deducted from the refund.
- Returns can be made through mail or at a Happy Return Bar.
- Damaged items or manufacturer defects should be reported to support@parachutehomeus.com within 7 days of delivery.
In-Store Returns
- In-store purchases can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
- Online purchases can be returned to a Parachute store for free.
- In-store purchases can also be returned by shipping the item back after contacting Customer Experience.
Gift Returns
- If a gift is returned, a gift card will be issued in the total amount of the gift item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items
- If items are damaged upon receipt or have a manufacturer defect, contact support@parachutehomeus.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Clear photos of the item and your order number are required for assistance with product issues.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges by mail are limited to the same product in a different color.
- If an item is not eligible for exchange, it is recommended to return it and place a new order.
- Exchanges are generally not offered in stores.

- Our partners at Happy Returns facilitate easy online order returns in person or by mail.
- Parachute stores are paperless, and all receipts are emailed.
