Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in new or like-new condition.
- Only items purchased from NETGEAR.com can be returned.
- Items that were part of a promotional bundle must be returned together.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Products not purchased from NETGEAR.com must be returned to the original seller.
- Returns from the Pro AV store require contacting the NETGEAR Pro AV Sales team.
- Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages that are lost or missing after leaving the NETGEAR warehouse.
Online / Mail Returns
- All returns must be processed by mail.
- To start a return, you must provide your order number and email address or log in to your account.
Gift Returns
- The return process for gifts is the same as for regular purchases, but the refund is issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
Price Adjustments
- A 30-Day Price Protection Guarantee is offered on purchases from NETGEAR.com, refunding the difference if the same product is advertised for a lower price on their site within that period.
- The Price Protection Guarantee does not apply to clearance, refurbished items, holiday sales events, or prices from other resellers.
Additional Notes
- New products, services, and memberships can be returned within 30 days.
- Refurbished products can be returned within 90 days.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
