Holiday Extension

For Monoprice Branded Products purchased between November 27, 2025, and December 24, 2025, the return policy is extended until January 3.

Return Conditions

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once an RMA is created, customers have 30 days to return the item(s) to Monoprice.
  • Products must not have defects resulting from negligence, misuse, modifications, or enhancements, as these void the warranty and eligibility for return.
