Return Conditions
- Products must be gently used.
- When returning a set or kit, all original contents must be included.
- Empty containers will not be accepted for a refund.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- eGift card purchases will be refunded to a new eGift card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Items purchased on NARScosmetics.com cannot be returned or exchanged at other retailers that sell NARS products.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Online / Mail Returns
- Use the prepaid return label included in your package.
- Note the reason for your return on the front of the packing slip.
- Drop the package off at any USPS or FedEx location.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased on NARScosmetics.com will not be accepted for return at retail locations.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged item, retain the box, packing materials, and the items inside and contact customer service immediately.
- For wrong items, retain the item and contact customer service immediately.
Price Adjustments
- NARS Cosmetics does not honor any price adjustments.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not currently offered.
Additional Notes
- To cancel or modify an order, you must do so shortly after it is placed via your account or by texting customer service; modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Partial returns from a set or kit will not be refunded.

Exchanged Nars concealer for a lipstick, got the concealer back
This was a week ago and I didn’t notice until today! I returned the concealer because the shade was too light, decided I’ll buy it later and exchanged it for the ABH liquid lipstick. I don’t have the liquid lipstick but got my concealer back lol… don’t know if this was intentional of the cashier but
