Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging if possible.
- The return packing slip included with the return shipping label must be included.
- Products must have been purchased from www.lancome-usa.com.
Refund Methods
- Credit will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Engraved items are not eligible for return.
- Promotional gift items are not eligible for return.
- E-gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Purchases from unauthorized retailers are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return, you must generate a pre-paid label online.
- A $5.00 deduction will be applied to the return if using the pre-paid label.
- You can use your own preferred mail carrier after initiating the return online.
- It is recommended to send the return with insurance and keep the tracking number.
In-Store Returns
- Products sold via Lancome.com may not be returned to other store locations.
Additional Notes
- Lancôme does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays.
- Orders containing a foundation or fragrance product may be eligible for free returns.
