Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in new condition.
- All items must be returned with their original packaging.
- Items that are used, damaged, or returned incomplete may be denied a refund or exchange.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final Sale, closeout, Boneyard, custom, and made-to-order items cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable items include Rx Jump Ropes, face coverings, and gift cards.
- Shoes returned without a proper shoe box are subject to a $10 fee.
- Reflex products that are made to order incur a 20% restocking fee.
Online / Mail Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use the online portal to generate and print a return authorization.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact customer service.
Exchange Policy
- For most items within the contiguous 48 states, customers are responsible for return shipping only.
- Customers outside the contiguous 48 states are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Additional Notes
- You may return an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Used merchandise cannot be returned.
