Summary

Revolve offers a 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund; 60 days from shipment for an exchange return window on most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached. Receipt is required. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached
  • Beauty products must be unused and unopened with intact protective seal
  • Bridal gowns must be unworn, unaltered, and include original tags

Refund Methods

  • Refund issued to the original form of payment
  • Refund can be provided as store credit if requested by the customer
  • Refund processing takes 2‑3 business days after the return is received, with a confirmation email sent

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Beauty products cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the product has been used
  • Bridal gowns cannot be returned after 30 days from purchase
  • Items purchased in store must be returned in store and cannot be mailed to the online return center
  • Returns sent to the wrong address or non‑Revolve items are not the company's responsibility

Online / Mail Returns

  • Start a return online to receive a QR code for drop‑off at a Happy Returns location

In-Store Returns

  • Items bought in store can be returned at any Revolve retail location

Gift Returns

  • Gifts are processed like regular returns; refund goes to the original payment method or can be issued as store credit

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of shipment

Additional Notes

  • Free prepaid return shipping label is provided for U.S. customers
  • Refunds are automatically issued to the payment method used for the original purchase
