Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Returned items must include all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
- Lab Grown Diamonds must be returned with the SCS certification.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Engraved and monogrammed products are not eligible for return.
- Earrings used during a piercing appointment are non-returnable.
- Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
Online / Mail Returns
- Free returns are offered for online orders in the US.
- The return window begins the day the shipment is delivered.
In-Store Returns
- Exchanges for online and in-store purchases can be made at any retail location within 30 days.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns are eligible for store credit.
- An order number is required to process a gift return.
- Gifts must be returned in the same country they were purchased in.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered at all retail locations within 30 days for both online and in-store purchases.
- Online exchanges are not currently offered.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Unauthorized returns may be sent back to the sender at Mejuri's discretion.
- Orders must be returned in the same country where they were originally purchased.

I purchased a necklace from Mejuri. It did not end up suiting me, so I initiated the return process, packed my necklace the exact same way I received it, and shipped it back to them. I was given store credit without any explanation a few days later. After reaching out to customer service, they said

Just want to warn everyone about my experience. I ordered the pave large diamond hoop earrings. They were on backorder. By the time they were shipped I had found something better and but could not cancel the shipment. They were delivered to me at 7am on May 22nd. I returned them by dropping them off
