Return Conditions
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- Returns must be shipped within two (2) weeks of receiving the RMA.
- For Mizuno Event Sales, items must be new, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For Mizuno Experience Center, items must be new and in original packaging.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
- A gift card may be provided as an alternative refund method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Mizuno does not offer free returns for online orders; shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- In cases where the original credit card used for a purchase has been lost or stolen, refunds cannot be processed to a different credit card due to compliance and security protocols.
- Returned items not in new condition or original packaging will be rejected and sent back to you.
- Re-stocking fees may be applicable.
- Products purchased with a discount during a campaign period can be returned for a refund, but cannot be exchanged.
Online / Mail Returns
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained online or by calling Order Support at (800) 966-1211.
- Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- It is recommended to use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.
In-Store Returns
- For Mizuno Event Sales, items can be returned during the event at the booth or by contacting Consumer Relations after the event.
- For Mizuno Experience Center returns/exchanges, the original purchase must have been made at the center and accompanied by the original receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If there is a manufacturing defect, product purchased at the Mizuno Experience Center may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase, with some exclusions.
- After 60 days, contact the warranty department at 1 (800)-966-1211 for manufacturing defects.
- Mizuno warrants products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the applicable warranty period.
- Warranty service requires authorization and dated proof of original purchase from Mizuno or an authorized retailer.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized attempts to repair or modify, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Exchange Policy
- To change the size or color of a purchased product, return the product for a refund and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a mandatory step for all returns.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the product shipment date and shipped back within two weeks of receiving the RMA.
- Mizuno USA explicitly states that they do not offer free returns for online orders.
