Return Conditions

In-Store Returns

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, product purchased at the Mizuno Experience Center may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase, with some exclusions.
  • After 60 days, contact the warranty department at 1 (800)-966-1211 for manufacturing defects.
  • Mizuno warrants products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the applicable warranty period.
  • Warranty service requires authorization and dated proof of original purchase from Mizuno or an authorized retailer.
