Return Conditions
- Items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items, notated with prices ending in .97, are not eligible for return or refund.
- Purchases made at a Marmot Flagship Store must be returned to the location where the purchase was made.
- Marmot does not accept the return of Marmot products not purchased on Marmot.com.
Online / Mail Returns
- Purchases made on Marmot.com may be returned by mail.
- Free returns are available via FedEx through the Marmot Return Portal, which provides a prepaid shipping label.
- To initiate a return, fill out the 'Start a Return' form or use your order history in 'My Account'.
- Returns from an APO or FPO address must be returned via USPS, and shipping charges are not covered.
Damaged or Defective Items
- To report a damaged or undelivered order, there is a specific form to fill out.
Additional Notes
- If you do not have an original receipt or packaging slip, you can contact Marmot Customer Service to have it emailed to you.
- If a returned item is inspected and deemed not eligible based on the return policy, the return may be denied and the item sent back to you.
