Online / Mail Returns

  • Purchases made on Marmot.com may be returned by mail.
  • Free returns are available via FedEx through the Marmot Return Portal, which provides a prepaid shipping label.
  • To initiate a return, fill out the 'Start a Return' form or use your order history in 'My Account'.
  • Returns from an APO or FPO address must be returned via USPS, and shipping charges are not covered.

Damaged or Defective Items
