Return Conditions
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, or defective.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Swimwear and foundation garments must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact.
- Returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
- Home products and furniture purchased in-store may only be returned to the store of purchase.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Products in the 'Limited Edition Capsule Collection' are Final Sale.
- Online orders placed with 3rd party payments such as ApplePay, PayPal and Klarna must be returned by mail.
- Items marked as online return, such as shoes, skates and handbags must be returned by mail.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be returned by mail or at a US store location.
- To return to a store, initiate the return online via the Returns Portal, print the packing slip, and bring the item(s) with the packing slip and order number to a store.
- To return by mail, use the self-serve returns platform to initiate the return.
- Find your order number on your packing slip, order email, or shipping email.
In-Store Returns
- In-store purchases can only be returned to a US Lucky Brand store.
- The original sales receipt is required for a refund to the original form of payment.
- Returns without the original sales receipt will not be accepted.
Additional Notes
- Lucky Brand products purchased outside of Lucky Brand-owned stores or www.luckybrand.com must be returned to that retailer.
- Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
