Return Conditions

Online / Mail Returns

In-Store Returns

  • In-store purchases can only be returned to a US Lucky Brand store.
  • The original sales receipt is required for a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Returns without the original sales receipt will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • Lucky Brand products purchased outside of Lucky Brand-owned stores or www.luckybrand.com must be returned to that retailer.
  • Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
