Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Items must be in the condition they were received.
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original form of payment.
- Store credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- All international orders are final sale.
- Underwear, and pet accessories are final sale.
- Sale items and items discounted by more than 25% are final sale.
- Purchases made during Black Friday week are final sale.
Online / Mail Returns
- A return request can be initiated on their website.
- A processing fee of $5.95 applies for returns for a refund to the original payment method.
- Return labels are free for returns for store credit.
- You can use your own carrier for the return shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.
Price Adjustments
- Price adjustments are not offered.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are issued as store credit to purchase a replacement item.
Additional Notes
- Little Sleepies is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return shipment.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee if not in original condition.
