Summary

LOFT offers a 30 days return window on most items. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and defective. Receipt is required. Return Conditions

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and defective
  • Original tags should be attached
  • Items marked 'final sale' are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment

Refund Methods

  • Within 30 days with valid proof of purchase: Original form of payment
  • After 30 days or without proof of purchase: Merchandise credit for the item's current selling price

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Merchandise from Swim, Brands We Love, and Intimates by Haven Well Within collections are excluded from returns or exchanges
  • LOFT Outlet store merchandise may only be returned to a LOFT Outlet store
  • Online purchase returns cannot be accepted at Ann Taylor, LOFT Outlet, or Ann Taylor Factory store locations

Online / Mail Returns

  • Accepted by mail for unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise
  • Online orders can also be returned to any LOFT store location
  • If using a prepaid shipping label for online returns, a shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount

In-Store Returns

  • Accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise
  • Merchandise purchased at a LOFT store may only be returned to a LOFT store
  • Returns accompanied by a valid original receipt made within 30 days of the purchase date are credited for the price paid in the original form of payment or an exchange

Gift Returns

  • Gift returns made within 30 days are refunded as an online e-gift certificate for the amount paid by the sender
  • Gift receipts receive merchandise credit or an exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

  • LOFT accepts returns of defective merchandise
  • For manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors with LOFT GEAR, notify customer service within 30 days for a full refund (including item cost, taxes, and original shipping fees)

Price Adjustments

  • One price adjustment can be made on full-priced merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase if the item goes on sale, with a valid original receipt

Additional Notes

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or online order number, is crucial for a smooth return process
  • Valid photo identification must be presented to receive or redeem a merchandise credit
