Return Conditions
- Items are inspected on arrival and must be in new, unworn condition with no damage or wear and with hangtags attached.
- Returns should include the original packing slip, and shoes must be returned in their original box.
- Each order needs its own return label and package.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Gift receipt returns are refunded by store credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items, including underwear and fragrance, are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized items are final sale.
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded or shipped back.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to return an eligible Lacoste.com order.
- Eligible online returns are free.
- Use one return label per order and send each order back in its own package.
Gift Returns
- Lacoste.com gifts can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Gift receipt returns are refunded by store credit.
Exchange Policy
