Return Conditions
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, Kiehl's accepts returns of any purchase.
- For in-store purchases, items must be returned to the original point of purchase for a full money-back guarantee.
- If you received a free product or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your return to be refunded to the original form of payment.
Refund Methods
- For returns made within 45 days of the shipment date, refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
- For returns received between 46 and 90 days after the shipment date, a refund will be issued as a Kiehl's E-Gift Card.
- For returns not accompanied by a free gift with purchase, store credit will be issued.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Engraved items and promotional gift items cannot be returned.
- E-gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Purchases from unauthorized retailers are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
Online / Mail Returns
- You can initiate a return and generate a pre-paid shipping label through the Kiehl's website.
- The item(s) should be packed in the original packaging if possible, along with the return packing slip.
- Returns received more than 90 days after the shipment date will not be processed.
In-Store Returns
- Products purchased in a Kiehl's store must be returned to the original point of purchase.
- If you placed an online order for pick up in a Kiehl's store, you must return it at a Kiehl's free-standing store.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order contains a damaged item or is missing a product, contact a Kiehl's Customer Representative at 1-800-543-4572.

- Kiehl's offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- Upon receipt of a returned package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
