Return Conditions
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- Returns for countertop appliances are initiated by calling 1 (800) 541-6390 to obtain a prepaid shipping label.

I have been using the Kitchen Aid Espresso machine I purchased from KitchenAid.com for two or three days with good results but realize I should have purchased a larger more powerful machine.
