Return Conditions
- Mattresses require a minimum 30-night trial period before a return can be initiated.
- Mattresses, foundations, frames, and bedding must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within the specified trial period for the respective product.
- Adjustable bases cannot be returned once they have been removed from the box.
- For Alaska and Hawaii customers, there is a $100 fee for returns to cover pick-up and transportation.
Refund Methods
- Full refund of the purchase price, issued to the original form of payment, less any service fees (e.g., In-Home Setup and Removal, or specific return fees for AK/HI/Canada).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Products provided for free as part of a bundle or promotional discount are not eligible for a refund.
- Damages caused by customers are ineligible for return or exchange, including ripped or torn cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam, or a burned mattress cover.
- Adjustable bases cannot be returned once they have been removed from the box.
- Leesa products are not eligible for return if they were shipped outside of the United States (excluding U.S. territories).
- Only one mattress exchange is allowed per household, and the newly exchanged mattress is not eligible for another return, refund, or trial period.
Online / Mail Returns
- To begin a return, contact Leesa's Comfort Crew via email at support@leesa.com or by phone at 1-844-33-LEESA.
- Leesa's Comfort Crew will coordinate the pickup of your mattress or foundation.
- Customers may be encouraged to donate their returned mattress to a local charity (e.g., Salvation Army, Goodwill) and provide a photo of the donation receipt to receive a refund. If donation is not possible, Leesa will provide instructions for direct return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify Leesa within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Leesa may request additional information, including a photo of the damaged product.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be initiated by calling the Leesa Comfort Crew at (844) 335-3372 or emailing support@leesa.com.
- Customers must process their exchange within the 100-night trial period (for mattresses).
- The Leesa Comfort Crew will coordinate a pickup of the original mattress.
- Customers can place a new order right away or wait until the return and refund process for the original item is complete.
- Only one exchange per household is allowed, and the new exchanged mattress is not eligible for another return, refund, or trial period.
Additional Notes
- Leesa aims to donate returned mattresses in good condition to 501(c)(3) organizations or charity partners whenever possible.
- Return shipping is free within the United States (excluding U.S. territories), but a $100 fee applies for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian customers for pick-up and transportation.
- Leesa allows for up to two mattress returns per household.
