Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as sold.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or original receipt).
- Items should be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact (implied).
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment for returns within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Gift card for items returned after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Gift card for returns made without a receipt or order confirmation.
- Gift card for gifts returned.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Custom items (e.g., embroidered) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Clearance items and items sold "As-Is" or with a damage discount are final sale.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges for online orders are non-refundable unless a damaged item is received.
- Returns are not accepted at closing store locations.
- Marketplace returns must be initiated through the marketplace seller.
Online / Mail Returns
- Customers can return items by mail.
- A return label can be printed online via order lookup or by signing in to view order history.
- A return shipping fee of 10% may be applied to items returned directly to Kirkland's distribution center, which will reduce the refund amount.
In-Store Returns
- Returns can be made at any Kirkland's store location (excluding closing stores).
- Bring the item(s) and your order confirmation email or original receipt.
- Returns and exchanges made within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Items returned to a store without a receipt or order confirmation will be refunded to a gift card for the lowest selling price plus tax.
Gift Returns
- For gifts returned by mail or in-store, a gift card will be issued for the lower of the purchase price or the lowest selling price of the item within the last 90 days plus local sales tax.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for gift returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Kirkland's Home will refund shipping charges with proof of damage.
- For custom items, if there is damage or a defect, a replacement will be provided.
- If a damaged web order item cannot be replaced due to limited quantities, a refund will be offered.
Price Adjustments
- A one-time price adjustment is offered within 14 days of the purchase date with an original receipt, excluding seasonal merchandise.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be made up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date may be exchanged or issued a gift card for the purchase price.
Additional Notes
- Kirkland's reserves the right to deny any return if a customer does not have a proof of purchase.
- Kirkland's reserves the right to refuse any item that is past ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
