Return Conditions

  • All exchanged or returned items must be in 'new' condition, which means no smoke, pet odors, hair, or soil.
  • For online orders, once you confirm your order with your local store and the 50% deposit is charged, you may not cancel or change your order or obtain a refund.
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to exchanged residential upholstered and outdoor furniture, and up to 20% for office furniture.
