Return Conditions
- All exchanged or returned items must be in 'new' condition, which means no smoke, pet odors, hair, or soil.
- For online orders, once you confirm your order with your local store and the 50% deposit is charged, you may not cancel or change your order or obtain a refund.
- A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to exchanged residential upholstered and outdoor furniture, and up to 20% for office furniture.
Refund Methods
- For purchases made by cash or check, refunds are issued by a check from the corporate office.
- For purchases made by credit card or third-party financing, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Special order furniture cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after the order is confirmed and the deposit is charged.
- Fabric protection and delivery charges are not refundable.
- Items marked as 'CLEARANCE' or 'AS-IS' are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online order exchanges are handled by your local La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store.
- For residential upholstered furniture, you can exchange it within 3 days of receipt for an item of the same or lesser value.
- Office and outdoor furniture can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- You should inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any issues.
Price Adjustments
- If you see the identical merchandise advertised for less within 30 days of your order date, La-Z-Boy will refund the difference.
Exchange Policy
- Residential upholstered furniture can be exchanged within 3 days of receipt for a product of the same or lesser value.
- You cannot receive a payment when exchanging for an item of lesser value.
- You are responsible for any additional costs when exchanging for an item of greater value.
- Separate charges may apply for pickup of the original merchandise and delivery of the replacement.
Additional Notes
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is charged for all merchandise once the order is confirmed with the local store.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once placed.
