Return Conditions
- Applies only to items purchased on Keurig.com.
- To be eligible for a refund for a brewer, you must contact Keurig with the serial number to initiate the return.
- Accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
- Beverages (bags, cans, or pod boxes) must be unopened.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Individual pods or opened beverage products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Items are not returnable once received by Keurig.
- Keurig is not responsible for lost shipments, so tracking information is recommended.
Online / Mail Returns
- You must call customer service at 866-901-BREW (2739) to initiate a return.
- Return shipping and any related charges are the customer's responsibility.
- You should ship your return using a method that provides a tracking number.
Gift Returns
- Gifts purchased on Keurig.com may be returned for a credit to the original form of payment or exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.
- Refund checks are not issued for gift returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you are experiencing an issue with your coffee maker, you should call customer service at 866-901-2739.
