Return Conditions
- Item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- All original packaging and documentation must be included.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in 'new and unused condition'.
- Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than James Allen will not be accepted.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be processed in the form of the original purchase method.
- Bank wire purchases will be refunded via a company check.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Special orders are not returnable.
- Personalized jewelry, custom orders, engraved items, items re-sized after initial purchase, Diamond Upgrade program purchases, Clearance, and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Loose diamonds must be returned with the original laboratory grading report, or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
- Eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized and must be completely remanufactured.
Online / Mail Returns
- Contact Customer Service at 1-877-826-9866 to advise them you wish to return your order.
- You will be provided with a prepaid and fully insured shipping label.
- Take the order and the label to the nearest location of the chosen carrier to mail it back.
Exchange Policy
- You may exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.
Additional Notes
- Free return shipping is offered to customers worldwide but is limited to three per customer.
- If an engraved item is returned, a $25 re-polishing fee will be charged.
- Items sent without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
