Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed or defective.
- Returns with the original receipt will receive a refund to the original form of payment.
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment (with original receipt/form of payment)
- Merchandise credit (if original form of payment was a pre-paid gift card, J.Jill gift card, merchandise credit, or merchandise was received as a gift)
- Merchandise credit (if original form of payment cannot be presented or returned without a receipt where purchase record cannot be located)
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Merchandise marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged and will be sent back if returned.
- J.Jill reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with their policy.
- Full-priced merchandise purchased on markdown with a promotion code, limited-time offer, or other discount is not eligible for price adjustment.
Online / Mail Returns
- An $8.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund when using J.Jill's prepaid USPS return label.
- You can download and print a prepaid USPS return label or generate a QR code for printerless label printing at USPS.
- Online return portal can be used for eligible purchases made online, by phone, or in-store and shipped within the US.
- Customers can choose to use their own carrier for returns by mailing to: J.Jill Returns, 100 Birch Pond Dr, Tilton, NH 03276-9900.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased in-store, online, or by phone can be returned or exchanged free of charge at any J.Jill store.
- Bring the item(s), packing slip, order confirmation email, or receipt, along with the credit card used for purchase.
Gift Returns
- Refunds for merchandise received as a gift will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Eligible returns include unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise.
Price Adjustments
- A one-time adjustment on full-priced merchandise that has been marked down may be made within 14 days from the date of shipment for phone and online orders.
- A one-time adjustment on full-priced merchandise that has been marked down may be made within 14 days from the date of your in-store purchase.
- For in-store price adjustments, the original receipt must be presented, and it's recommended to visit the specific store where the item was purchased.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be made by visiting a J.Jill store or by calling customer service toll-free at 1-800-343-5700.
- Exchanged items will be sent with free standard shipping.
- Exchanges cannot be made using the online return portal.
- Merchandise marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged.
Additional Notes
- Free returns are available for online orders when returned to a J.Jill store.
- An $8.95 processing fee applies to online returns using J.Jill's prepaid USPS label.
