Return Conditions
- Item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition.
- Order eligibility must be confirmed by looking up the order.
- Reason for return or exchange must be provided.
- Can be returned without the original shipping box or bag, but another box must be used.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Returns of items purchased from other online retailers or physical stores are not accepted.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
- Products with visible signs of wear or damage are not accepted for return unless covered by warranty.
- Customized or special-order shoes are non-returnable.
- Orders purchased with a Warranty store credit are ineligible for an exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Free return shipping is offered for orders within the lower 48 states.
- A return label is provided by KEEN, and the package must be dropped off at a UPS store or drop-off location.
- Customers in outlying regions (Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO/PO/DPO) are responsible for return shipping costs.
In-Store Returns
- Returns for items purchased on the website are not accepted by retail partners.
Gift Returns
- Contact KEEN customer service (info@keenfootwear.com) for assistance with gift returns; a one-time exchange may be possible for online store purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
- KEEN products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the confirmed date of purchase.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or natural breakdown of materials over time (including improper fit or comfort issues) is not covered under warranty.
- For defective items, contact customer service with your order number and photos; a return or replacement will be prioritized.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not available for all orders or items.
- Even exchanges for the same style and color in a different size are processed, honoring the original sale price if applicable.
- Customers have 14 days to drop off the original return for an even exchange, or the request will be canceled.
- Orders purchased with a Warranty store credit are ineligible for an exchange.
Additional Notes
- Free return shipping is offered for all orders within the lower 48 states.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Processing times for refunds may increase during the holiday season.
