Return Conditions

  • Customers in outlying regions (Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO/PO/DPO) are responsible for return shipping costs.

In-Store Returns

  • Returns for items purchased on the website are not accepted by retail partners.

Gift Returns

  • Contact KEEN customer service (info@keenfootwear.com) for assistance with gift returns; a one-time exchange may be possible for online store purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • KEEN products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the confirmed date of purchase.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or natural breakdown of materials over time (including improper fit or comfort issues) is not covered under warranty.
  • For defective items, contact customer service with your order number and photos; a return or replacement will be prioritized.

Exchange Policy
