Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with all original packaging, garment tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags.
- Shoes should only be tried on a clean, dry, and protected surface, like a carpet.
- The branded shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned undamaged inside a protective shipping box.
Refund Methods
- For in-store returns, refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
- In-store cash transactions are not eligible for a refund and will be issued store credit or an exchange.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For in-store purchases, items classified as Exotic, Cinderella, Made-to-order, Special Order, and sale items are considered final sale.
- Purchases made at full-price boutiques cannot be returned to outlet stores.
Online / Mail Returns
- A free returns service is offered via UPS using a provided pre-paid shipping label.
- To start a return, you must sign into your account or use the 'Order Status & Returns' page to register the item.
- Items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered to be covered by the free returns service.
In-Store Returns
- Retail store purchases allow for exchanges or refunds to credit cards within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Outlet store purchases are only eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days; no refunds are issued.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanging an item for a different size is free of charge, subject to stock availability.
- To exchange for a different color or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Gifted items can be returned within the 14-day window if they are unused and undamaged, but the refund will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method.
- Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt, though it may take up to 7 days during sale periods.
