Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective.
- Swimsuits must have hygienic liners in place.
- Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment
- J.Crew Gift Card (for gift returns)
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Swimsuits without hygienic liners in place are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items delivered by Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them following the instructions enclosed in your package.
- J.Crew Factory merchandise cannot be returned to J.Crew locations.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns for U.S. online orders can be initiated online to generate a prepaid label.
- A $7.50 fee will be deducted from your refund when using the prepaid label.
- Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
In-Store Returns
- Online and phone purchases that shipped to a U.S. address can be returned to any J.Crew Factory store.
- Merchandise purchased in a J.Crew Factory store can be returned to a Factory store.
Gift Returns
- Requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift in-store must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
- Gift returns will be refunded to a J.Crew Gift Card.
Damaged or Defective Items
- J.Crew Factory accepts returns of defective merchandise.
Exchange Policy
- Free exchanges are offered within 30 days of original purchase.
- Exchanges for U.S. orders can be initiated online to generate a free exchange label.
Additional Notes
- J.Crew Factory is not responsible for non-J.Crew Factory items shipped to them by mistake.
- Upon the return of an item, any rewards applied on that purchase will be forfeited.
- Ensure you include the correct item(s) in your package with the correct label.
