Return Conditions
- New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise
- In resalable condition
- With original tags attached
Refund Methods
- Full refund to the original form of payment for online returns.
- For PayPal purchases returned to a HUGO BOSS store, refunds can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s) (no refund back to PayPal account).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized items are not accepted for returns, changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Altered merchandise cannot be exchanged, replaced, or credited.
- Returns from outside the United States are not eligible for prepaid labels, and HUGO BOSS is not responsible for associated import or shipping fees.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be made using the included free prepaid domestic return shipping label.
- If a shipping label was not included, email service@hugoboss.com to request one.
- Drop off prepaid return packages at a UPS Drop Box, UPS store, or any location with regular UPS pick up.
- Shipments using prepaid UPS labels must originate from the United States.
- Customers may select an alternative shipping carrier, but HUGO BOSS will not be responsible for associated costs.
- Ship alternative carrier packages to HUGO BOSS RETURNS, 200 Richards Run, Burlington, NJ 08016.
In-Store Returns
- Merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS online store may be returned in Directly Operated Stores in the United States.
- Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order. Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items
- If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is received, contact the HUGO BOSS Customer Service Center immediately by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or emailing service-us@hugoboss.com.
Exchange Policy
- Altered merchandise cannot be exchanged.
- For PayPal purchases returned in-store, items can be exchanged for the full amount.
Additional Notes
- Keep the return tracking number for your records.
- If returning items shipped in multiple packages or multiple orders in the same package, clearly indicate this on the packing slip and include it in the package.
