Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be in unworn, new condition, free of any signs of wear like scratches, blemishes, or scuffs.
- The original receipt and any physical grading reports that came with the item must be included.
- For watches, the original packaging and manufacturer's warranty documents must also be returned.
Refund Methods
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- For purchases made with cash, check, or traveler's check, a check will be sent from the corporate office.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- All sales of pre-owned merchandise, including Rolex watches, are final.
- Customized or engraved jewelry sales are final.
- Custom design fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Watches that have been sized are considered final sale.
- PayPal orders cannot be returned in-store.
- Returns and exchanges for products purchased at a Helzberg Diamonds Outlet location will only be accepted at Outlet locations.
Online / Mail Returns
- To return an online order, you can call 1-800-435-9237 or use the chat icon on the website to arrange for a free shipping return label.
- Online orders can also be returned to any Helzberg Diamonds store location.
In-Store Returns
- You can return your purchase to any Helzberg Diamonds store within 30 days.
- Purchases made in a store must be returned to a store location.
Gift Returns
- If a free gift with purchase was received, it must be returned unopened to receive a full credit.
- Gift cards received as a gift with purchase are not returnable, and their value will be deducted from the return amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Helzberg Diamonds guarantees the material and workmanship of your purchase for 12 months and will repair or replace it without charge if any defects are found during this period.
- This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by abuse.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered within 30 days of purchase for items in unworn, new condition.
Additional Notes
- For online returns, Helzberg Diamonds does not reference the company name on the outer carton of the package for security.
- You are welcome to use different billing and shipping addresses.
