Return Conditions
- A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund.
- Any product shipped without a return authorization will be returned to the sender address.
- The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was when shipped.
- All product packaging and all original content (such as remote control, cables, antennas, connectors, brackets, and owner's manuals) must be returned.
- You are responsible to securely pack the product and all the original contents, with original packaging recommended but not required.
Refund Methods
- Refund for the full amount of the merchandise including taxes.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Gift wrap and original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Personalized products, once orders have been processed, cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Partybox speakers do not qualify for free returns.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return, you need to enter your order number, last name, and billing zip code.
- Once a return authorization is obtained, a return shipping label will be provided.
- For most products, return shipping is free.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged for the same model, subject to availability.
Additional Notes
- Orders can be cancelled or altered up until submission.
- If an order has been submitted but not yet shipped, the Customer Experience Team can be contacted to attempt cancellation or alteration.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or altered, but it can be returned according to the policy.
