- Products purchased at Google Store in India cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Online / Mail Returns

- Google typically provides a prepaid shipping label for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

- Google may exchange a defective device with a new or refurbished device.
- It is your responsibility to erase all personal or other data on the device before sending it for repair or replacement.
Exchange Policy
- The Google Store offers a trade-in program where you can get credit for your old device when buying a new Pixel device.
- For a trade-in exchange, you'll receive your new item and an exchange kit; the exchange offer for your old item expires 30 days after you receive your new one.
- If you send your old item more than 30 days after getting the new one, you'll be charged for the exchange credit received.
- The final exchange value is determined by the condition of the device received.
Additional Notes
- If supplementary shipping costs (other than the least expensive standard delivery) were chosen, these may be deducted from the refund amount.
- If Google provides an advanced replacement device and the defective device is not returned within the communicated timeframe, Google is authorized to charge your original form of payment for the full value of the replacement device.
