Return Conditions
- 30-day 'no questions asked' return policy on all products with a receipt for a full refund
- Valid government-issued photo ID and/or other identifying information must be presented for returns and may be scanned as part of the process
- A Harbor Freight manager has the right to refuse returns of any item at any time for any reason even if you have a receipt
- A 20% restocking fee may apply to items being returned; in select states, restocking fees are subject to sales tax
- Many products, including all hand tools, have a free lifetime warranty for mechanical failure, allowing replacement at any time with or without a receipt
