Return Conditions
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
- Rugs must be returned in their original, undamaged shipping bags, or a replacement bag provided by Grandin Road.
- Damages or defects must be clearly communicated to a customer service representative.
- Items must be carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.
Refund Methods
- Refund to original payment method, less the cost of shipping and handling.
- If using the included UPS Return Service label, the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Customized/personalized and made-to-order items are nonreturnable, unless defective or damaged during delivery.
- Final sale items (prices ending in $.97 or $.98) are nonreturnable.
- Halloween merchandise purchased after July 1st must be returned within 30 days or before October 30th (whichever comes first).
- Christmas merchandise purchased after September 1st must be returned within 30 days or before December 23rd (whichever comes first).
- Truck & In-Home Delivery items must be inspected upon delivery, and any dissatisfaction communicated within 7 days to arrange return or exchange.
Online / Mail Returns
- Follow the return process instructions on the packaging slip.
- An included UPS Return Service (RS) label for $8.95 (small packages) or a Return Service 5 (RS5) label for $14.95 (large packages) can be used for returns.
- Affix the UPS return label over the original shipping label on your package.
- Drop off the package at any UPS location or authorized shipping outlet.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective items will be replaced for up to a full year from the date of purchase.
- All damages or defects must be clearly communicated to a Grandin Road customer service representative.
- Verification of reported issues is completed through an inspection upon receipt of the return.
- Customized/personalized items that are defective or damaged during delivery are exceptions to the nonreturnable policy.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered within 90 days of purchase for most items.
- Defective items can be exchanged (replaced) for up to a full year from the date of purchase.
Additional Notes
- Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
- For Truck & In-Home Delivery returns, a minimum return pick-up fee of $100.00 or up to 10% of the order value (up to a maximum of $250.00) will apply.
