Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Returns must use Floyd-issued labels and approved carriers.
- Returned items must move back into transit with the approved carrier within 30 days of receiving the return labels.
Refund Methods
- Refunds may be issued to the original form of payment.
- Refunds may be issued as store credit.
- For items purchased with a gift card, the amount of the return will be refunded back onto the gift card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Full Cycle, final sale, clearance, or discontinued items are not eligible for return or warranty coverage.
- Made-to-order items (including Sectionals and Sofas) are subject to a 50% restocking fee for returns & cancellations.
- International returns are not accepted.
- Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not accepted.
- Items damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, or external causes are not eligible for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns are initiated by visiting www.floydhome.com/apps/returns.
- Floyd provides issued labels and approved carriers for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or damage, Floyd will cover the full return costs of the damaged or defected returned item and waive restocking fees.
Additional Notes
- Most furniture purchases are subject to a 10% restocking fee, while Sectionals and Sofas are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- For Mattresses, free returns are offered for both opened and unopened mattresses within 30 days of delivery.
- Opened Mattresses can be donated to a local 501(c)(3) organization with proof of donation.
- If Floyd arranges removal of an opened mattress, a $100 recycling fee applies.
- Bedding & Linens are returnable within 30 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping fees.
