Return Conditions

  • If within three days of delivery or pickup you are not completely satisfied with the color, comfort, or quality of your order, Havertys will allow you to reselect or cancel your purchase.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.
  • For FedEx shipped items, cancellations within the three-day period will be processed for the original merchandise purchase less a 15% restocking fee.
  • Delivery fee will not be refunded.
  • Pickup orders must be returned to the original pickup location within three days of pickup.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed by Havertys Credit Services.
  • Cancellations within the three-day period will be processed for the original merchandise purchase (for most items).
  • For FedEx shipped items, refunds are for the purchase amount of the product and tax less a 15% restocking fee.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • The 3-day policy does not apply to mattresses, adjustable bases, mattress foundations, floor samples, or Clearance Center/Outlet purchases.
  • Adjustable bases, pillows, and sheets do not qualify for comfort exchange or return.
  • Special orders, floor samples, or Clearance Center/Outlet purchases do not apply to the FedEx shipping return policy.
  • No returns will be made after 3 days for FedEx shipped items.
  • Height does not qualify for a comfort exchange or return on any eligible mattress item.

Online / Mail Returns

  • For FedEx shipped items (including accessories and lamps), contact Customer Service at 1-888-HAVERTY (428-3789) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The RMA number will allow you to return merchandise at any authorized FedEx shipping location.

In-Store Returns

  • Pickup orders must be returned to the original pickup location within three days of pickup.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • At the point of delivery or pickup, if any items need to be serviced, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-HAVERTY (428-3789).

Price Adjustments

  • If you find the identical item with the same services advertised for less within 30 days of purchase, Havertys will gladly refund the difference.

Exchange Policy

  • Havertys offers a three-day reselect or cancellation policy for most items if you are not completely satisfied.
  • Mattress Comfort Guarantee allows exchanges or returns after 30 nights and before 90 or 120 nights (depending on the brand) from the date of delivery for re-selection.
  • One comfort exchange is allowed per customer for mattresses.
  • If changing mattress brands during an exchange, the flat box spring must also be exchanged.
  • Flat box springs may only be exchanged if switching brands.
