Return Conditions
- Mattresses require a minimum 30-night break-in period before a return can be initiated.
- Return policy applies to orders placed directly on the Helix website.
- Products must be located within the United States or Canada for the trial and return policy to be valid.
Refund Methods
- Full refund to the original method of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- The Adjustable Base is not eligible for return or refund once removed from its original packaging.
- Delivery fees for services like In-Home Setup & Removal are non-refundable.
- Only two mattresses may be returned per customer or household.
- Returns for products purchased from third-party retailers must be handled directly with that retailer.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated by sending an email to help@helixsleep.com with the order number.
- Customers can also fill out a return form on the Helix Sleep Help Center, selecting 'Returns, Exchanges & Replacements' and 'I'd like to Return/Exchange Something', and providing their order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a mattress or any other product arrives damaged, customers should contact the Helix Sleep team for a replacement or other solution.
Exchange Policy
- Helix offers exchanges for mattresses if the initial choice is not the right fit after the 30-night break-in period, with sleep experts recommending a better match.
- Exchanges are part of the 'Happy with Helix Guarantee' program.
Additional Notes
- Returns are completely free, with no return fees charged for items returned within the trial period.
- Helix arranges and covers the cost of free mattress pickup from the customer's home.
- Returned mattresses are either donated or recycled.
