Returns can be initiated by visiting the online return centers on GUESS.com.
If you have an account, log in and select the RETURN option in your order history.
If returning a gift or without an account, you can locate your order with your order number.
Customers can choose to use a QR Code, a UPS Label, or their own carrier for shipping returns.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer; GUESS does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Gift Returns

Gifts can be returned by locating the order with the order number.
Purchases made with a GUESS gift card will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are gladly accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective GUESS, Marciano, GUESS Kids, and GUESS Factory merchandise.

Additional Notes

GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to that original retailer's return policy.
