Return Conditions

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, or defective.
  • All original internal packing materials, boxes, and containers with labels attached must be included.
  • Sanitary liners must be intact for swimwear.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the delivery slip or invoice.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds for merchandise returned within the qualifying time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
  • GUESS gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are not refundable.
  • Gift cards are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Underwear, swimwear (without the liner still attached), socks, earrings, and fragrance are not eligible for return.
  • GUESS Kids products must be returned by mail only.

Online / Mail Returns

  • Returns can be initiated by visiting the online return centers on GUESS.com.
  • If you have an account, log in and select the RETURN option in your order history.
  • If returning a gift or without an account, you can locate your order with your order number.
  • Customers can choose to use a QR Code, a UPS Label, or their own carrier for shipping returns.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer; GUESS does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Gift Returns

  • Gifts can be returned by locating the order with the order number.
  • Purchases made with a GUESS gift card will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are gladly accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective GUESS, Marciano, GUESS Kids, and GUESS Factory merchandise.

Additional Notes

  • GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to that original retailer's return policy.
  • GUESS is unable to accept returns by hand (in-person to the online return center).
  • GUESS is not responsible for any items lost in the mail during return shipment.
