Return Conditions
- Item must be in original condition and packaging.
- The Hermès Sellier tag must be intact and attached.
- Must be accompanied by the receipt or a copy.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized products are not eligible for return.
- Fragrances must not be opened and must be returned in their original packaging with the transparent film.
- For fragrances that may have been damaged during delivery, the bottle must still be hermetically sealed.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary via a pre-paid FedEx label.
- The pre-paid return label is provided through your Hermes.com account.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased online and returned to an Hermès store in the United States are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Gift Returns
- Items received as a gift may be exchanged for an item of equal value.
- Contact customer service to receive a pre-paid return label by email.
Damaged or Defective Items
- When returning products that may have been damaged during delivery, the client must ensure that the bottle is still hermetically sealed.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchange orders will ship with complimentary Ground service.
- Exchanges shipping to a store or valued over $2,000 require Express shipping for a $35 fee.
Additional Notes
- Online returns can be for a refund or exchange, but returns made to a physical store are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Returns for fragrance have specific conditions regarding packaging and seals.
