Return Conditions

Exceptions & Restrictions

Online / Mail Returns

  • Returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary via a pre-paid FedEx label.
  • The pre-paid return label is provided through your Hermes.com account.

In-Store Returns

  • Items purchased online and returned to an Hermès store in the United States are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Gift Returns

  • Items received as a gift may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • When returning products that may have been damaged during delivery, the client must ensure that the bottle is still hermetically sealed.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange orders will ship with complimentary Ground service.
  • Exchanges shipping to a store or valued over $2,000 require Express shipping for a $35 fee.
