In-Store Returns

  • Bring the item to a Gap Factory store.
  • You will need to provide the receipt, the rewards phone number, or the credit card used for the purchase.

Membership & Rewards Benefits

  • Some Encore Members have extended windows to return for merchandise credit.
  • Premier Members who were signed in online or provided their phone number in-store may return merchandise up to 45 days after purchase and will receive a Merchandise Return Card if the return is made after 30 days.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.
  • For mail-in exchanges, you need to contact customer service to order a replacement item.
