Return Conditions

  • Item must be in new condition.
  • A Return Authorization Label must be requested for items shipped via UPS.
  • For items delivered via Premier In-Home Delivery, a pickup must be scheduled within 10 days of receipt.

Refund Methods

  • Credit will be issued to the original credit card.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Custom-made or custom-finished items, custom-cut fabrics, or custom artwork are not eligible for return.
  • Mattresses or foundations (box springs) cannot be returned.
  • Direct-wire lighting (including chandeliers) is not returnable.
  • Cancellations for custom items are not accepted more than 72 hours after order placement.

Online / Mail Returns

  • For items shipped via UPS, you must contact Client Services at 1.888.EAHELP1 to request a Return Authorization Label.
  • For items delivered via Premier In-Home Delivery, contact Client Services within 10 days of receipt to schedule a pickup.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns, and a 25% restocking fee applies to wallcoverings.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item delivered via Premier In-Home Delivery arrives damaged, a signed delivery receipt with a notation of the damage is required.
  • If an item received via UPS is damaged or defective, call 1.888.EAHELP1 or email orders@ethanallen.com to initiate warranty service.

Additional Notes

  • A restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise total will be applied to returns; wallcoverings have a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items not returned in new condition may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
