Return Conditions

  • Any issues must be reported to customer service within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Original packaging materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags must be retained for returns.

Refund Methods

  • For returns with a receipt, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded as a merchandise credit.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or price adjustments, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items which must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
  • Natural variations in marble, stone, or wood are not eligible for exchange.

Online / Mail Returns

  • To initiate a return, you must contact customer service via email or phone.
  • Most returns are accepted only at the company's warehouse.
  • Accessories may be returned to a local store.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise, contact customer service immediately.
  • For faster processing of a return or exchange claim for damaged items, email service@dwr.com with your order number, contact information, and photos of the damage.
  • Retain all items and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Price Adjustments

  • A price adjustment in the form of a credit to the original payment method will be honored if an item goes on sale within 14 days of the order placement.
  • Final sale items are excluded from price adjustments.

Exchange Policy

  • Contact customer service to exchange eligible items.
  • Restocking fees are waived for exchanges of products of equal or greater value, with the exception of Herman Miller branded performance seating.

Additional Notes

  • A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price applies to all returned items except for select performance seating.
  • Select performance seating will incur a $99 return shipping fee; if the original packaging is unavailable, a 10% restocking fee will be applied instead.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
