Return Conditions
- Items must be in perfect condition.
- Merchandise must be unworn.
- Original tags must be attached.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued in the same tender as the purchase.
- Refunds for cash purchases are issued in a check.
- For purchases made with a gift card, refunds are issued in the form of a new gift card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Returns and exchanges must be made in the same country and store category of original purchase (EILEEN FISHER Store or Company Store).
- Renew stores and Company Stores are unable to accept retail or online returns or exchanges.
- Online purchases cannot be returned at EILEEN FISHER Company or Renew Stores.
- Renew, yarn, fabric, and fees are final sale.
- Merchandise returned past 30 days is not eligible for a pre-paid label, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated through the portal at eileenfisher.com/returns to print a shipping label or obtain a QR code.
- Online returns are free, with no additional postage or insurance required.
In-Store Returns
- Items may be returned to EILEEN FISHER retail stores located in the US.
- For in-store returns, the order confirmation email with a barcode can be shown to an associate.
Gift Returns
- Gift receipt returns are eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Gift receipt returns will receive a gift card as a form of refund.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- Rewards are refundable if items purchased with rewards are returned within the 30-day return period.
- Upon return, new points or rewards will not be received, and an EILEEN FISHER gift card will be issued for the returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact Customer Service before returning.
Price Adjustments
- One-time price adjustments are offered on full-price items within 14 days of purchase or original order date.
- Company and Renew Stores do not offer price adjustments.
Exchange Policy
- With a receipt, an exchange or refund for the purchase price is offered.
- Without a receipt, an exchange or store credit for the current price is offered.
- An exchange is processed as a return and reissued as a new order; contact Customer Service to process new orders.
Additional Notes
- EILEEN FISHER cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
- EILEEN FISHER is transitioning away from including a packing slip in orders as part of efforts to reduce its footprint.
- If the packing slip is unavailable, provide name, address, email, phone number, and order number (if available) with the return.
