Return Conditions
- Items must be unwashed and unworn.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items purchased from third-party stockists must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.
- Items from the Second Wave resale platform are final sale unless misrepresented.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online returns can be initiated through the returns portal.
- Returns can be made via a box-free, printer-free Happy Returns drop-off location or by mail using a pre-paid label.
- The QR code for Happy Returns and the mail-in return label expire after 30 days.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any Faherty Brand store location.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns can be initiated online.
- The gift recipient will be issued merchandise credit for the price paid.
- Gifts can also be returned or exchanged at any store location up to 60 days from the time of purchase.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be processed through the online returns portal.
- Shipping is free for exchanges.
- Discounts from the original purchase will be honored for exchanges.
Additional Notes
- Returns made after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
- If you paid with Klarna, any paid installments will be refunded and remaining installments will be canceled.
