Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Items must be in the original box.
- Socks must be unopened and unworn.
- For promotional purchases, refunds are pro-rated unless all qualifying items are returned.
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (credit/debit card).
- Store merchandise credit (for PayPal orders returned in-store).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items purchased at ECCO retail stores or other retailers must be returned to their original place of purchase.
- A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for non-ECCO CLUB members.
- Worn or damaged items will be returned to the customer without a refund.
- Refunds exclude original shipping and handling fees.
- Independent retailers that carry ECCO shoes do not accept returns from us.ecco.com.
- PayPal orders returned in-store will be given store merchandise credit only.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns accepted only for US orders placed via us.ecco.com.
- Use the return label provided through the online portal.
- Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment.
- If not using the provided prepaid return label, the customer is responsible for the goods until they reach the warehouse.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases can be returned to select company-owned ECCO Retail Stores or ECCO Outlets during the month of January.
- Bring order and email shipping confirmation, packing list, unworn merchandise in original box, valid ID, and original form of payment.
- For Buy Online and Pick Up In Store, bring order confirmation number and valid government-issued photo ID.
- Independent retailers do not accept returns from us.ecco.com.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- ECCO CLUB members are not charged a $10 return shipping fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If returned items are worn or damaged, they will be sent back without a refund.
- If a defective/wrong item or damaged parcel with missing items is received, photographic evidence is needed for customer care to investigate.
- ECCO's One-Year Limited Warranty covers specific defects, and a warranty claim process is available.
Exchange Policy
- ECCO does not offer exchanges; customers should return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Returns accepted only for US orders placed via us.ecco.com.
- ECCO may refuse returns violating their policies.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- ECCO does not offer repairs or refurbishment.
