Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging, with the shoebox intact and tags attached.
  • Footwear should be tried on indoors to avoid marks and scuffs.
  • Returns need to be packaged securely to avoid any damage, as the customer is responsible for the item(s) until they arrive with Dr. Martens.
  • If an order is received not in a sellable condition, the item(s) may be sent back to the customer.

Refund Methods

  • Refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Store credit is issued for the return of a replacement item issued for a lost package.
  • The refund amount will have $7 deducted if Dr. Martens' return label is used.

Exceptions & Restrictions

Online / Mail Returns

  • Print the provided return label and attach it to the package.
  • Drop off the package at the nearest UPS location.

Gift Returns
